A student learn many mathematical definitions in books. When definitions are asked from them then they find difficulty in explaining. For solving this problem, I tried an experiment in my class. Each student was given a term to define and explain it through example and non example. This strategy helped a lot in enhancing speaking skills and instilling confidence in students. Also, the concepts of students were cleared while explaining it.
